Argentina presidency: ‘City of Buenos Aires, October 13, 2026.— The Office of the President announces that the Argentine Republic has today submitted a request for provisional measures to the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea to prevent hydrocarbon exploitation by the United Kingdom on the continental shelf of the North Malvinas Basin.
