Zelenskyy: Over the course of this night, the Russians launched 39 ballistic missiles and more than 120 attack drones and loitering munitions against our energy infrastructure and critical infrastructure in Kyiv, the Kyiv region, and Kharkiv. This was a deliberate Russian ballistic strike specifically targeting energy facilities, an area for which the President of America has called for a ceasefire. At least 600,000 people are currently, unfortunately, without electricity. There may be even more outages. Sadly, there is significant damage to facilities and equipment at 26 elements of our energy complex and at four oil and gas facilities.
