World's oldest known shipwreck may have been found off Türkiye

Archaeologists in Türkiye say they may have found the world's oldest known shipwreck, off Kekova Island. The wreck dates back 4,400 to 4,700 years, roughly the age of Egypt's early pyramids. Divers found more than 30 amphorae and three stone anchors about 30 meters below the surface. Clay tests suggest the jars may have carried olive oil or wine.
