Zelenskyy: 'I discussed the protection of Ukraine against vile Russian strikes on civilian infrastructure with Finnish Prime Minister Petteri Orpo. Last night and throughout the day, our energy facilities were targeted once again. Parts of the Volyn region and Kyiv remain without power following a Russian attack yesterday evening. We have an ongoing need for systems to intercept missiles and drones, in order to protect human lives and critical infrastructure. New measures to support Ukraine will be announced this month. Finland has always provided us with assistance, and we deeply appreciate it.We also addressed our need for shelters. Together with Finland, we established a "Shelter Coalition," and it is now essential to accelerate this work. Every Ukrainian city and community must have adequate shelters. I am grateful to Finland for its readiness to support this initiative as well!'
