Yin Yuzhen spent four decades holding back the sands of the Mu Us Desert. This year, the UN Food and Agriculture Organization named her one of its 100 Women Heroes in Agrifood Systems and Rural Development. Speaking to CGTN's Tian Wei, Yin talks about the recognition and about the years of planting. She was a shy farmer once. Now she hopes her story will make other people want to protect the land.
