A curious bear was caught on security camera wandering around a local library in California.

The bear was spotted at the library in Mammoth Lakes at about 6 a.m. on October 14, hours before the facility opened. No damage to books was reported, but the bear did find its way into snacks for library staff.

According to Josef Bopp, director of libraries at the Mono County Free Libraries, how the bear got inside the library is up for investigation as library doors were locked at the time.
