From joining the first cohort of the Mexico-China Business Training Program in 2006 to making dozens of trips to China and helping Mexican companies develop their businesses in the country, Mexican entrepreneur Agustín García Rechy has witnessed China's remarkable transformation over the past two decades and forged lasting friendships along the way.

As an alternate member of the APEC Business Advisory Council, he is committed to promoting exchanges and cooperation between China and Mexico. He believes that fostering mutual understanding and creating opportunities for dialogue are essential to strengthening bilateral ties. Looking ahead, he hopes to see more youth exchange programs that empower young people to bring fresh momentum to China-Mexico relations.
