China is still at an early stage in developing its third-pillar pension system, giving it an opportunity to learn from other countries' experiences, said Simon Richards, head of Insurance Solutions at Insight Investment, a subsidiary of BNY Investments, in an interview with CGTN at the 2026 Financial Street Forum.
