Ahead of the APEC meeting in November, Alfred Schipke, director of the East Asian Institute at the National University of Singapore, has highlighted the benefits Chinese investment overseas can bring to the rest of the world. By exporting technologies that are incorporated into production processes, China can also help boost productivity in Southeast Asian countries, benefiting both sides, he told CGTN's Yu Hongyu.
