The 2026 Baoji Marathon is underway, with 31,000 runners taking to the streets of Baoji in northwest China's Shaanxi Province.

Among them are runners nearing 80, visually impaired runners with guides, eco-conscious runners picking up litter along the way, and trained medics running the race while ready to respond to emergencies.
