After autumn rain, the Taihang Mountains in north China's Shanxi Province look like something out of a dream.

A sea of clouds drifts through the valleys, wrapping around rugged peaks and brushing past hillsides ablaze with autumn colors.

Red leaves emerge and disappear in the mist, while winding roads and rivers weave through the mountains below.

For a moment, the mountains seem to float above the clouds.
