HKSAR chief executive pledges reforms after Tai Po fire

John Lee, chief executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), pledged sweeping reforms to the city's building industry and regulatory system on Thursday, following a deadly fire in Tai Po last November that killed 168 people.
