The Russian Armed Forces have struck a cargo ship in the Black Sea, which was delivering goods of dual purpose to the port of Odesa for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the Ministry of Defense reported. The Russian Armed Forces also struck the "Kyiv Radio Plant," a facility that manufactures components for reconnaissance and attack drones.
