The evacuation of stranded residents in Oleshky began on Friday as part of a US-brokered ceasefire, officials from both Russia and Ukraine said.
"Evacuation and distribution of humanitarian aid have begun," Ukrainian negotiator David Arakhamia said on social media, while Russia's human rights ombudsman Yana Lantratova posted a video showing groups of people waiting to board buses.
Ukraine's Prime Minister Sergiy Koretsky said 527 people would be brought to Kyiv-controlled parts of Ukraine, while Lantratova said an unspecified number of others would go to Russia.
