A group of approximately 14 armed individuals attempted to cross the border from Syrian territory.The source explained that the armed group attempted to infiltrate under heavy covering fire, engaging directly with Jordanian forces. The Border Guard personnel responded immediately and decisively, in accordance with established rules of engagement. This resulted in several casualties among the armed group, while the remaining members fled back deep into Syrian territory.'
