Iran's Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei stated: Should enemies initiate further military or terrorist attacks, it is the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic and the Iranian nation who will determine the timing and conditions for their conclusion. He also emphasized the following: strengthening the architecture of military intelligence; deepening indigenous defense in terms of both "doctrine" and "tactics"; advancing modern defense and security capabilities through the utilization of new technologies; and bolstering spiritual foundations and the *jihadi* spirit—all while maintaining an unceasing effort to address the livelihood needs of, and provide support for, the Armed Forces.
