Iran's Supreme Leader directed that the "target bank" be updated to ensure that the full spectrum of the American-Israeli tangible and intangible assets are brought within the reach of the Armed Forces. He identified national support for the Armed Forces as a pillar of deterrence against anti-Iranian foreign adversaries and their domestic proxies. He added that the eight-month-long presence of the nation in the public arena serves as a continuation of the eight-year "Sacred Defense"; alongside the steadfastness of the military, law enforcement, and Basij forces, this presence has protected—and will continue to protect—Iran’s territorial integrity and the Islamic system.
