Red, gold and green foliage clads the banks of the Fenhe River in Taiyuan, north China's Shanxi Province, hugging the clear blue waters that wind through the landscape. 

Visitors and locals alike soak in the sights as they stroll, cycle and stop for photos. Spring and summer bring blossoms and thick growth, but autumn brings the warm hues.
