A recent visit by the mayor of Saint-Étienne-du-Rouvray in northern France to Ningbo Foreign Language School became an occasion for a heart-to-heart exchange on cross-cultural education. The discussions between the mayor, Joachim Moyse, and the school's principal and teachers covered language and cultural exchange, bilingual education, youth study tours and future cooperation. The meeting was held at Ningbo Foreign Language School's Dongqianhu Campus on November 2.
