China is calling on all relevant parties to resolve disputes through dialogue and negotiations and work to restore peace in the Middle East and Gulf region, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning said at a regular press briefing in Beijing on Tuesday. Mao made the remarks when asked about visits to China by Iranian and Saudi officials.
