Lebanese Presidency: President General Joseph Aoun contacted the President of the Presidential Leadership Council of the Republic of Yemen, Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, this afternoon, informing him of Lebanon's commitment to the sovereignty of the Yemeni state and its rejection of any interference by individuals or groups in its internal affairs, or the carrying out of activities that affect its security, stability, and the safety of its people.President Aoun affirmed in his call that Lebanon stands alongside the Republic of Yemen and its brotherly people, looking forward to the return of stability, security, and prosperity to it, the strengthening of national unity, and the alleviation of the suffering of the brotherly Yemeni people.President Al-Alimi thanked President Aoun for his position and Lebanon's solidarity with the Republic of Yemen, wishing Lebanon continued security, stability, and progress, and the Lebanese people goodness and peace of mind.
