A helicopter crashed into Biscayne Bay near Key Biscayne, Florida, on Wednesday, leaving one person dead and two others injured.

The Robinson R44 II helicopter went down near Bill Baggs State Park shortly before noon, with three people on board. Dramatic footage showed the aircraft overturned in the water as emergency crews rushed to the scene. The two survivors were rescued and taken to a trauma center.

The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating the crash. Preliminary information indicates the helicopter may have been on a photography flight.
