On his first trip to China to make a documentary, Thai filmmaker Tawan made the decision to focus on a very special community in Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Accompanied by local community workers, he witnessed elderly people living independently and needy families being provided with daily necessities. It was these small and seemingly insignificant moments that afforded him a very special insight into China.
