Chinese Vice Premier He Lifeng will chair the second China-Canada Economic and Financial Strategic Dialogue in Canada on November 9, the Chinese Foreign Ministry announced on Friday.

He, also a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, will co-chair the dialogue as the Chinese lead person with the co-leaders on the Canadian side, Minister of Finance and National Revenue Francois-Philippe Champagne and Minister of International Trade Maninder Sidhu, the ministry said.
