IRGC: Since the early hours of this morning, three offending oil tankers—traveling along unauthorized routes within the Strait of Hormuz—have been struck by explosions and intense fires; smoke from these blazes has now blanketed the sky over the Strait. These tankers are currently ablaze as a result of deactivating their own navigation and identification systems, coupled with the malicious actions of the smuggling and aggressive U.S. military. Iranian regulations governing the Strait of Hormuz have been repeatedly communicated to all vessels. Any vessel that defies these regulations—or colludes with the smuggling U.S. military to traverse unauthorized routes through the Strait—will inevitably face a similar fate.
