Portugal's former foreign minister and deputy prime minister Paulo Portas has spoken against Washington's unilateralism in launching a trade war against China. He warns that the US, China and European countries will all suffer if Washington continues the practice. CGTN's Han Peng sat down with him in Shanghai.
