Hong Kong-born Kenneth Fok Kai-kong is a highly popular figure among young Chinese national advisors. A dedicated CPPCC member, this year he brings a proposal focusing again on Greater Bay Area development, but moreover on enhancing the mechanism for youth education cooperation.
