Vessel Topples off Malaysian Coast: At least one dead, 12 missing after sand dredger capsize

One person has been killed, and a dozen are believed to be missing -- all Chinese -- after a sand-dredging vessel capsized off the coast of Malaysia. Authorities say two rescue vessels were sent to the scene, and found three survivors. The search for the missing crew members continues. It is not yet clear what caused the accident.
