To encourage innovation and transformation of the Chinese economy, a new generation of CPPCC members have become the backbone of the political consultative body. Ding Lei, Founder and CEO of NetEase is one of them. His company is focusing on online content, community, communication and commerce. Ding told CGTN Senior Correspondent Tian Wei that he really values China's policies to encourage innovation.
