A boy became tangled in overhead power lines in Ankang city, in northwestern China’s Shaanxi Province on Thursday. He fell out of the window of his second floor apartment and got caught in the cables. Residents held blankets underneath him in case he fell. The boy was rescued later by police and neighbors.
