The evacuation of passengers from a British Airways flight at Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris on Sunday was the result of a false alarm, police said.
An Airbus A320 had been scheduled to leave for London Heathrow when an evacuation order was issued for security reasons.
Police found no threat after passengers were screened by armed officers and their luggage was checked by sniffer dogs.
Passengers have re-boarded the flight which is expected to take off soon, the airport said.
Security is on high alert across Europe after an ISIL-claimed bombing targeted the London Underground on Friday, an attack that left at least 29 people injured.
