Red serow has been spotted in southwest China. The red serow has been discovered in the Gaoligong Mountains National Nature Reserve in Yunnan. They are thought to be mostly native to northern Myanmar and there had been no clear record of the species in China before. Recently, other species, like the marbled cat and Tengchong Paramegophrys, have also been spotted by the nature reserve’s infrared cameras.
