China’s take-out service: New regulations to be enforced in September

New regulations for China’s food delivery services will be enforced in September to monitor and supervise the booming industry.
The new rules aim to push forward the healthy development of the food delivery industry. It specifies standards in areas such as company qualifications, personnel and the service's process.
The regulations stipulate that delivery companies should have a license to do business, a fixed work place as well as a delivery team. 
The delivery personnel must be 18 years of age or older and go through identification checks.
The regulations also include service manners such as "knocking on the customer's door gently" and "not stepping into the customer's house".
China had about 295 million online customers for take-out food by June.
