Chinese President Xi Jinping arrived in Hanoi at noon on Sunday to start his official state visit to Vietnam after the conclusion of the 25th Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Economic Leaders' Meeting in Da Nang. This is Xi's first state visit since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) in October.
