We begin the broadcast with a meeting between Chinese President Xi Jinping and Angolan President Joao Lourenco in Beijing on Tuesday. China says it's willing to work with Angola to boost multilateralism, while Angola hopes to build a bilateral relationship that is a model for China-Africa relations. Wu Guoxiu reports from the Great Hall of the People.
The two presidents meet again after their last meeting in Beijing during the China-African Cooperation Forum. President Xi says China and Angola should enhance political trust and support each other with their core interests and key concerns.
XI JINPING CHINESE PRESIDENT "Since you, Mr. President, took office, you've carried out deep reforms and punished corruption in a hard manner, been active with external exchanges, and your policies were supported by Angolan people. I congratulate you again for becoming party leader of the Popular Movement for the Liberation of Angola. It's our 35th year of building diplomatic relations, it's also the 30th year our CPC built party-relations with the PMLA."
Xi says China is willing to work with Angola to support multilateralism and push forward fairness in the international order.  Figures show that oil accounts for more than 95 percent and diamonds about 3 percent of Angolan exports. President Xi says China would like to support Angola to diversify its economy and that the two countries should work together to put the results of last month's forum into practice. President Lourenco hailed the importance of the forum's fruits, saying he hopes the bilateral cooperation can be a model of the China and Africa relationship.
JOAO LOURENCO ANGOLAN PRESIDENT "Since I took the office for over a year, I've carried out many reforms and projects. We welcome investments from China into projects like roads, railways, power supplies, hospitals and schools, for the public."
Agreements signed after the talks covered areas of trade, tax, economic technological and human resource development.  Also signed was a 2-billion-dollar intentional loan agreement between the Angolan Financial Ministry and China's Development Bank.
