Let's turn to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. The April Spring Friendship Art Festival has concluded in Pyongyang. Artists from China, Spain, Russia, Mongolia and other countries performed during the festival. China sent a 200-person delegation to the festival. The delegation was led by Song Tao, director of the CPC Central Committee's International Department. Chinese ballet artists performed at the closing ceremony and received an award and warm applause. The April Spring Art Festival started in 1982. It is one of the major international cultural exchanges in the DPRK.
