Plane Crash in Philippines: 10 killed as a small plane crashes into house outside Manila

A small passenger plane crashed into a house shortly after takeoff north of Manila on Saturday. All five people onboard and five on the ground were killed. The crash started a fire in a house that was hit by the aircraft and two other people on the ground were injured by burning debris. The Piper-23 Apache plane was operated by Lite Air Express. All aircraft operated by the transport and courier company have been grounded while investigators try to determine the cause of the crash.
