A massive 8.2-magnitude earthquake struck off the coast of Chiapas State in southern Mexico, toppling houses in Mexico City, and causing at least 32 deaths and triggering a tsunami warning. The quake, said to be the country's strongest in a century, caused buildings to sway violently in Mexico's capital, more than 1,000 kilometers away from the epicenter in the Pacific Ocean.
