At least seven people were killed following two suicide blasts which hit two camps of internally displaced persons (IDP) near Nigeria's northeastern city of Maiduguri late Sunday, an official source told Xinhua News Agency on Monday.
Some 15 people were also injured in the blasts, the source who pleaded for anonymity, said.
According to the source, two female suicide bombers carried out the attacks in Dalori, about four kilometers from Maiduguri, the capital of the northeastern state of Borno.
Most of the IDPs in the camps had gone to bed at the time of the blasts.
Security officials in Borno State are yet to comment on the attacks.
Terror group Boko Haram is most likely to be responsible for the attacks, residents said.
