Dr. Chan Cheuk-hay, President and Principal of Hong Kong College of Technology (HKCT), argued with some so-called “Hong Kong independence” students who refused to stand up when the national anthem played at their graduation ceremony on December 16. The headmaster said HKCT has always supported the One-China policy and if the students didn’t know that, they may have chosen the wrong college.
