Staying with the Summer Davos. CGTN Senior Correspondent Tian Wei caught up with Sebastian Buckup on the sidelines of the forum. Sebastian is the head of programming at the World Economic Forum. He's also in charge of developing the design of the gathering in Dalian. He shared his opinions on the key issues for this year's forum.
