Our correspondent Joseph Kim in Seoul tells us more about the inter-Korean talks.
JOSEPH KIM SEOUL We just heard from the unification ministry who has confirmed that the meeting between the DPRK and South Korea has begun. Now we heard from officials here and they told us that they expected three things to be in the discussions during the high level meeting.
