The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) will map out the overall reform measures concerning the country's political system and other areas. Tuo Zhen, the spokesperson for the 19th CPC National Congress said on Tuesday, while introducing the agenda of the upcoming Party Congress, as well as the preparatory work conducted beforehand.
