DPRK-Finland Diplomacy: DPRK diplomat heads to Finland amid new diplomatic flurry

The DPRK's deputy director-general for North American Affairs, Choe Kang Il, has left Beijing for Finland. According to South Korea's Yonhap News Agency, Choe will be meeting with former U-S diplomats, and security experts from Seoul, in Helsinki.
The meeting in Finland comes as Pyongyang continues with its flurry of diplomatic activity, ahead of proposed separate summits with the US, and South Korea.
