India became a permanent member of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization last year. Ahead of the summit in Qingdao, our reporter, Wu Guoxiu had the chance to sit down with the country's ambassador to China. He said India was enthusiastic about its role in as a member state, and that both India and China will be using the platform to extend their cooperation in a number of key sectors.
