Australia Mass Stranding: More than 150 whales die after beaching
[]
To Australia now, where more than 150 whales have died after beaching themselves. More than a hundred rescuers and volunteers tried to get the whales back into the water, but only five survived. The remains have been removed from the beach and authorities took DNA samples try to find out why this happened. This is the largest stranding of whales in Western Australia since 1996 - when 320 pilot whales beached themselves.
