Seoul and Pyongyang have begun their first high-level meeting since 2015 at the Peace House in the truce village of Panmunjon to discuss how the DPRK can participate in next month's Winter Olympics in the ROK. Vehicles transporting the ROK’s delegation crossed a checkpoint on the Grand Unification Bridge on Tuesday morning. The ROK’s five-member government delegation was led by Unification Minister Cho Myoung-gyon.
