The American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai says it opposes Trump's move to impose tariffs on made-in-China goods. AmCham Shanghai represents more than 18-hundred US firms, including multinational giants like Coca-Cola and Fed-Ex. HAN PENG SHANGHAI "Some people say the trade war between China and the US is a Thucydides trap between a rising and a resident power. But the US is targeting many other trade partners including Canada and Europe. What do you think Trump is trying to do?"
