Six civilians were killed and another 13 wounded in a suicide bomb attack that rocked Jalalabad city, the capital of eastern Afghanistan's Nangarhar province on Sunday afternoon, according to local news channel TOLOnews.

A suicide bomber detonated his explosive-laden motorbike next to a stadium while a gathering was underway in support of the National Unity Government.

No group has claimed responsibility for the attack yet.
