Belgian Prime Minister Charles Michel has said the country is now more secure, a year after Islamic State suicide bombers killed 32 people in Brussels. He said Belgium has remained on high alert as it tries to curtail threats, and that Europe still needs to do more to coordinate the surveillance of potential threats.
